CLEVELAND KOSHER

In 1998, faced with a cluttered, confusing kosher landscape, Rabbi Moshe Reuven Barkin o’’bm founded Cleveland Kosher to create a reliable and centralized kosher certification agency in Northeast Ohio. An innovative non-profit organization, Cleveland Kosher now certifies many companies throughout Ohio and the Midwest, from manufacturers to caterers.

Endorsed by the Association of Kashrus Organizations (AKO) , Cleveland Kosher’s symbol is recognized and respected by the growing and vibrant kosher community in Northeast Ohio and beyond. Cleveland Kosher prides itself in keeping a finger on the pulse of the community’s needs, publishing regular seasonal guides , sending out alerts, and offering educational classes.

Mission
